HeavenBeckons.com is a ministry of the Lamb's Bride Project, Inc., a Colorado not-for-profit corporation. It was incorporated in 1985. Donations are USA tax-deductible.
The Lamb's Bride Project could be classified as a "cottage industry", a part-time ministry. Dick Wulf has never received a salary. It had limited part-time paid clerical staff for a couple of its first years, about twenty years ago, due to its role in continuing a youth discipleship program in game form that Dick Wulf invented.
It is probable that the game DragonRaid brought between 10,000 to 15,000 young people to Christ. When the company Adventure Learning Systems, Inc. went out of business, Dick included the game into the mission of the Lamb's Bride Project to keep it alive. Now, over 30 years later, the game has been given over to other servants of the Lord and an attempt is being made at a comeback, not only as a discipleship game but in the form of novels for teenagers using the allegorical world Dick created.

The purpose of the Lamb's Bride Project is to bring back the power of the church through "faith together". Individualized faith has been so promoted that faith together in Christians friendships, Christian families, and Christian marriages has been overlooked or dealt with inadequately.
The purpose of our lives is to become conformed to the image of Jesus Christ (Romans 8:29). Such transformation is quite dependent upon how seriously we take what God has told us He wants when we get together. Spiritual growth (growth of our spirits which is who we really are) can happen most in our Christian friendships, Christian families, and Christian marriages.
Some years before incorporating the Lamb's Bride Project, Dick Wulf categorized from hundreds of Scriptures 65 things God says in the Bible He wants His people to do together. These became the 65 Togethers of Scripture and the basis for the teaching and effort of the Lamb's Bride Project. And, these "Togethers" can best be done in our Christian friendships, Christian families, and Christian marriages.
In 2015 God showed Dick that the 65 Togethers of Scripture are much more than Dick had so far written about. God revealed that these critical aspects of faith together (a) transform us more into Christlikeness (godliness), (b) infuse our lifestyle with worship, (c) defeat evil and the devil, and (d) prepare us for heaven to glorify God more and enhance our eternal lives there.
In 2016 and 2017, Dick wrote 900-plus pages on Faith Together and these 65 Togethers of Scripture. All of this material is free for reading at www.ChristiansTogether.org, another website of the Lamb's Bride Project.
There is also a third website, www.LambsBride.org, with materials for Christian leadership so that they can build more truly biblical community in their churches and ministries. There is a course on leading small groups and teams in the church with the Empowerment Model Dick learned at the Columbia University School of Social Work, where he earned the Masters Degree in Social Work.
The address for the Lamb's Bride Project is: 1339 N. 31st. Circle, Colorado Springs, CO 80904

Dick Wulf, 76 in 2018, is the founder and Director of the Lamb’s Bride Project and the person who categorized the “65 Togethers of Scripture” over 30 years ago. He holds a master’s degree in social work (MSW) with a specialty in working with small groups. His 52 years of seeing what secular small groups and teams can accomplish has motivated him to help the people of God do much better, equipped as they are with the Holy Spirit and the truth of Scripture. Dick came to know the Lord in 1960 when he was a student at the University of California at Berkeley. He earned his MSW degree in 1965 from the Columbia University School of Social Work in New York City, during which time he worked in a huge housing project in the South Bronx.
Dick is the author of the NavPress book Find Yourself - Give Yourself, published in 1983. He is the designer of the youth discipleship game DragonRaid which brought thousands of young people to Jesus Christ in the 1980's.
Dick was once the program director of one of the largest comprehensive community mental health centers and has served on many secular boards and committees, usually as the chairperson. He has trained and advised churches and Christian organizations, including the Navigators, Campus Crusade (now known as Cru), Youth for Christ, and Prison Fellowship. He has also been an elder in the church for over 25 years and was on the Board of Trustees of Covenant Seminary in St. Louis. As time allowed, Dick has led seminars in many churches and organizations across America.
Dick has maintained a private practice in psychotherapy since 1979 up until recently and has all too often seen how Christians do not get the help they should from the church. He sees the potential of the church in America to be a hundred times greater than what’s often the case. Churches need to teach the 65 Togethers of Scripture to their Christian friendship groups, Christian families and Christian marriages.
Dick has been married to Jean for 53 years.
